Need help with an 87 Toyota Supra?

I got my Supra as my first car and I really do love it. But it has some issues and I'm not really wanting to spend an arm and a leg to get them fixed. First off, I need to replace all the seals around the doors, windows, and my sunroof. But all I keep hearing is that it is going to be expensive to replace those. However, my car leaks, so I need to get it done. Second, my speakers are almost completely blown out and need to be replaced pronto, as well as the radio, becuase at the moment I can't even turn it off, I can only turn it down all the way. Third, it is going through oil like none other, and I was wondering what brand I should switch to to maybe slow the consumption. I use valvoline right now. I could really use some help. I'm way girly and need help with my car.
