need help with hdmi and composite.?

so i have a laptop that has only hdmi and mini dvi outputs. I want to somehow convert the hdmi to composite. I have found adapters that change the hdmi to dvi and im trying to find a way to convert that to composite, but does dvi include sound? does hdmi include sound? I know there has to be a way to make this work cause i dont own a tv that has anything better that s video or composite.
