need help with immediate nokia failed delivery report!?

i get a failed delivery report come through immediately when i send an sms to a certain number. After sending i get 'message sent' and the number is right. I really need 2 know what this means as im trying 2 text a girl i really like' thanks
its gotta be the correct number as i got it from my recieved call log. Dont think im blocked as i only meet her last week and havnt been texting like a stalker.
 
if you are getting a failed delivery report then you either have no credit or no signal/reception in your area.

some networks allow you to borrow a small amount of money which you may then pay back the next time you top up.


or u might just have no texts left to use.
