Need help with Minecraft, won't run?

I cant open Minecraft because it says this after i double click it

i tried updating my graphic card with Catalyst Control Center, and after i try installing the update, it exits out and says it stopped working.

idk what to do anymore, i wish there was an outdated version of MC i could play, where i dont have to update.

can anyone tell me how to fix this? it would be really great, im CRAVING some Minecraft!
