Need help with my pioneer divx dvd player. Please explain.?

Okay, i bought a maxtor 160GB onetoch 4 mini external hard drive but i believe it formatted in NTFS but the DVD player only allow FAT32 format to play through the USB prt on the front of the dvd player. So what do i need to do? buy another hard with the fat32? if so please tell me which hard drives at BestBuy come in FAT32. Or do you how to convert ntfs to Fat32 so that it would work? if so please explain to me how to and is there any software that would do this.
 
you could simply re-format the drive using either partition magic (easiest way) or the windows fdisk command. Look here for instructions on this:
