I'm 18 and 6'0 215 pounds. I've always been known as the big dude. People look at me like I should be the guy who's benching like 270 without a spotter. Problem is i have alot of fat on me rite now. I naturally do have alot of muscle and I can probably put alot of muscle on without trying really hard. But I have some fat on me (obv lol). Mainly in my chest and ab area.
I've tried really hard to lose weight but alot of the time I get lazy and stop. I at one point ran every night for like 2 months straight. I then stopped because I missed one day from work and never got back on it. I'm currently in the midst of going to the gym alot. I've been at it for 2 weeks now. I've noticed some weight loss. But more importantly i feel good. I tried doing p90x, but stopped from once again work.
I need an easy diet that is simple to stick to and cheap. I'm doing this to feel good but also to look good for the ladies. I start school in like 2 weeks. I understand it isn't going to happen in 2 weeks but I want some good habits.
