Need help with Snyaptics touchpad?

On my Dell Inspiron E1505, on my Windows XP, I was able to put the mouse pointer over a link, and press both the left and right click at the same time to open up that page in a new tab. This made my life soooo much easier.

Then I upgraded to Windows Vista. I had to re-download the updated drivers and everything works EXCEPT I cant find the settings to do that.

Can anyone help me figure this out??? thanks
 
i have the same laptop and never knew that pressing both at the same time opens in new tab, thanks!
