Need ideas for a romantic vacation for 2, at around 700 to 900 dollars?

Starting from the kansas city area, leaving around the time of spring break, trying to plan on taking my sweetheart out of town.

Does anyone have any great ideas?
If it involves driving, would like it to be less than 8 hours.
