Need recipe for protein free dog treat?

So I recently adopted a dog but she has a kidney disease (for life) and she cannot have protein or even rawhide (wouldn't give it to her anyways cause I am too scared she will get intestinal blockage from it).

I looked online but didn't find any good ones.
Can someone tell me protein free foods that dogs can eat? I will just whip those ingredients together and make cookie treats from it.

a friend of mine had a dog like yours & she made pumpkin apple dog crackers
I remember she put ground flax seeds in them and used whole wheat flour

she wouldn't call them cookies because without eggs, they didn't really hold together well, but they worked out okay as dog treats

I can email her & ask her what was in them

I never made them for my dogs because I have one that is major allergic to all grains (as well as chicken, turkey, beef & whole bunch of other stuff)

hopefully, others will come on here with good ideas for you
