Need software to back-up my collection of divx movies on DVDs?

I have more than 65 GB worth of .avi movies and I want to backup this collection on several 4,7 GB DVDs. I would like a software that would organize the movies optimally such that I'd spend less DVDs possible.
Please help me.

PS. sorry for my bad english, I'm from Italy
