I'd like to find out the name of a movie that came out in the late eighties or early 90's. I don't remember who starred in it, but it was a detective comedy, and there was a Jack Russell Terrier who was blind in one eye. I remember the dog kept missing the doggie-door. It was a really funny movie, and I want to say it was filmed in Southern California. Does it ring any bells for anyone?
