Need to painlessly poison and kill my neighbor's dogs?

some ppl enjoy torturing dogs or cats. Some ppl use their dogs to harass other ppl.
I personally do not wish anybody to suffer even a fly. And why i am willing to shoot my neighbor's dog because there is no better choice left. What would be the punishment for that in Texas?
I know only if i do not kill it to death, neighbor will charge me vet expenses.

"For cruelty convictions involving depriving an animal of food or water, abandoning an animal, transporting an animal in a cruel manner, injuring someone else’s animal, and overworking an animal, the defendant will be punished with a Class A misdemeanor, which may include a fine up to $4,000, jail time up to a year, or both. If the conviction is a third offense involving these actions, the state may punish the defendant with a state jail felony. Under Texas law, a state jail felony may include jail time ranging from 180 days to 2 years and a fine up to $10,000."

As all the sensible people on here have said, killing a nuisance dog is an unpleasant but perfectly justifiable action if there's no other way to get back to a normal life. It's better that a million dogs should suffer than one human. BUT it's a very unwise action if you've already made your dislike of the dog known to its owner - in other words, if you're likely to be a suspect, don't do it. You'll only make your life worse. Not only to you risk the above penalties but remember that there's no shortage of people who go into lynch mob mode when they hear about some poor bastard who offs a dog after finally being driven over the edge by its barking.

If you're sure you're above suspicion and decide to go ahead, good luck!
 
83 pages and still not ONE rational argument from a dog owner as to why they let they dogs bark.

On the other hand there has been abuse, death threats, mindless spam to derail the thread (which really just keeps it bumped lol) and some weird dude that likes to boast about his sexual conquests with dogs....strange lad but anyway..

What they don't seem to understand is it's piss easy to buy slug pellets, they're cheap and available anywhere. I'm sure no one wants to poison a dog for fun, they would much prefer that the owner just shuts it up and everyone gets on with life.

Is it so hard?

Umm i'm not from texas but that sounds like a really bad idea man. I imagine the penalty would be prison.

Surely there is another option?

One of the most common excuses for a barking dog is that "it's a guard dog". That's the one I was given when I was stupid enough to ask a neighbour to keep her dog quiet rather than saying nothing and getting rid of it. A real guard dog only barks when people enter the protected premises. How can a dog be a guard dog when it barks at everything that moves within a 100 yard radius?

Has anyone tried this as an alternative to poison: buy a juicy steak and some Stanley knife blades. Insert blades into meat. Give meat to dog. Enjoy subsequent barkless nights.

Advantages: even if the dog survives, you'll have fucked up its throat and you won't hear from it again. Also you can be quite sure you've got painful revenge on the dog for its transgressions (if you're into that sort of thing).

Disadvantages: the intent is so obvious that if you've so much given the dog a nasty look you may end up needing a seriously good defence lawyer.

If only pointing a TV remote or similar at a dog caused it such pain that it would soon learn that annoying the neighbours isn't worth it. Those ultrasonic things are designed to be humane so obviously they don't work. Tried it: waste of money.
 
My neighbors kids are really annoying. Constantly screaming all day. What poison should I use on them? Thanks. Give them a candy bar with razors in it? Won't kill them but should silence them for awhile.

So you equate a dog's life with a child's?

Yes, I realise that you're trying to be ironic but it doesn't work. We've all heard this "argument" before - "oh, so you'd kill a noisy dog so you'd kill a child." No, we wouldn't.

To suggest that a nuisance dog's life is of the same value as that of a child - HOWEVER annoying that child is - means that you have a seriously warped sense of values. Either you wildly overestimate the value of a dog, which means that probably you're the kind of selfish dog owner that prompts threads like this, or you dangerously underestimate the value of a child, in which case you need serious professional help.

Whichever it is, you are despicable.
 
Same concept! Dog is part of a family as well as children are apart of someones family. But since a dog cant talk its ok to murder it? You have no sense of logic and I feel really sorry for you.

Both are annoying for the record.
 
you wont guess what is going on right now! my neighbor is mowing his lawn and he is really loud. he MUST be poisioned for it! and his dogs wont shut up! they also must die. im going to throw a sausage over the fence and hopefully him and his dogs will eat it. bwwwahaha
 
There is no comparison, one is human and the other is an animal.

The sad truth is that many dogs are bought as a "cute little puppy wuppy" but as it grows the novelty wears off and the dog is left to it's own devices in the backyard where it becomes bored to the point of insanity and barks constantly as a result.

Also my neighbors kids scream and play and yes it's noisy but it doesn't happen 24/7 and keep me awake at night. People noise like loud music and parties etc is different anyway, the police can and will respond to it and are usually effective but with barking dogs the police can't do anything and the councils simply refuse to prosecute so if the owner is another of the "it's a guard dog derp" crowd then you're fucked and have to put up with it.

This is why I now no longer talk to the owners but simply eradicate the dog.

There is one that was selling on amazon a while back, it comes in kit form or you can buy it already assembled for around $400 (yeah i know). It has a ton more power than those useless things on ebay and you can adjust the frequency on it and leave it on so it will drive the dog batshit crazy or even make the pitch annoying to people as well.

Could be a handy gadget for some payback on the owners.

I think you're out of luck there champ, you see dogs are as dumb as shit and will eat poison laced meat all day whereas a person isn't going to eat meat off the ground.

Dogs are sooo easy to kill :)
 
use onions 2 per dog and they love onions eny way so dont even nedd to use eny think they just slepp and dont wake up but rat poison will slowley and panfully kill it good luck
