Thanks but that wont help much because even a rookie poisoner will bait a dog at night so it's had several hours to work. By that time the only option is concentrated vitamin k treatment by a veterinarian but it's still touch and go.
If you think the poison has very recently been ingested then by all means call the above number, I think the fee is around $80. Warfarin can do other permanent damage though which is why i'd recommend a vet.
Also be very careful when administering peroxide to a poisoned dog, especially if it's been poisoned with Warfarin (rat poison) because the dog is likely to be having seizures and may even react savagely even if it's the most loving and placid dog.
