I have a weight bench and a set of dumbells and I am looking for a workout to do for 3-4 days a week I only need the weight lifting part I can do the cardio and dieting for myself. I have looked and looked but I can't seem to find one and if someone could show me a workout something that will make my body work out and help cut fat. I do not need web links to other websites that make me search and search cause usally I get fed up and just close them I want a a good workout I can do with a curl bar barbell and dumbells. I do not have the fancy equipment. Just need a work out maybe monday-Friday every other day with cardio on the off days or will a 5 day workout be best with cardio everyday? need help please.
