Nero DVD Burning Problem?

I Just completed a complete recovery of my PC and I Have Nero OEM Suite which has Nero Express 6.6 That came with my PC But when I burn a DVD Video now everything goes smoothly and when finished it says Burning process completed successfully but the drive does not open with the DVD and the only way to get it out is by restarting the PC and when I do that it ruins the DVD and it will not play is there a certain reason it's doing this? Thanks
