New to Gym some help please?

Soo Iv'e been doing Cardio workout at home with my personal trainer at home like forever! But i didn't see so many changes, well yes i lost 10 Kg over 5 months... But my personal trainer suggested me to go to the gym she actually works at, and i will register as a member on Sunday.


So here are some info. about me

-I'm 13
-I weight about 86 Kg
-I'm 170 Cm
-I've never been to a gym (only like 2 times)

I don't want to be the "Freak" that is lost in the gym wondering what the hell every machine does...
and if you could give me a schedule it would be awesome btw i can only make sports between 5-9 pm (Weekdays and on Sunday only i go to the gym because i will take a day off which is Saturday) at the gym because i have school... And i really want to do a massive 3 hour workout everyday. And i will also be on a strict 1000 cals. Healthy lifestyle (Meaning: Diets never work with me soo eating healthy is better then starving myself and end up eating as fast as a pig)
