New torrents user, need help?

I downloaded utorrents and almost have my first game downloaded. Seeing I'm new to this whole torrent thing can someone please tell me step by step how I actually install and play the games I download?

Well I've never done games just programs. I would say once it is finished downloading go to where you downloaded and click on it and hopefully get a prompt. Good luck and let me know when you pick your answer so I'll know in the future.
