Alright, I am 18 and I am in college, I was always skinny so I never needed to work out. Since college started, I gained a lot of weight and actually became quite chubby (fat is visible on face and chest) My girlfriend I need to start working out to lose this fat. So can anyone suggest what types of exercises I should start out with since I am new to this? Somethings before you guide me, I dont get much time, I can do probably 1 hr to 45 mins of exercise. I want to burn fat rapidly so active exercise is obviously important. I am not much into building muscle so that is not important (but if there are exercises that burn fat and build muscle then those are welcome!). Please put these exercises in a list or schedule form.
