I have purchased my premium rapidshare account yesterday, I can enable myself to download multiple files at a time, but my problem is its download speed, all i thought, rapidshare premium download speed can reach 2mbps,.. but it can only reach 20-30kbps now, please help me with regards to this, thank you very much!
