Newbie Rapping problems...?

Hi, I've been writing quality raps for a while now. I have about 17 full length awesome songs with great hooks and lyrics and I mastered the flow for them. But the thing is, I have a bunch of assholes for a family and if I were to actually rap my lyrics out loud in my room and they hear it, they will make a fuss about it and make fun of me, laugh, make a big deal out of it and talk about it for centuries to come.

So I recently got my license and I drive out to a dark secluded place, put on the beat and rap.
The thing is, since I have been rapping and trying to master the flow and seeing how it sounds by rapping quietly almost like whispering with my headphones on. It is hard for me to rap out loud for real now that I am starting out.

My problems:

1. My voice- I find my voice sounds really sucky and would not intrigue a listener. Should I change it or stick to my normal voice?

2. Fast sentences- Sometimes I wrote these things that require me to go a little bit fast which sounds really good on these couple of rhymes in songs that makes the flow perfect. But when I rap it out loud I tend to stumble on words and miss little things like "the, is, 's, its" etc. or mess them up so it makes rapping fast a little hard.

3. Tongue twisters- Like #2, there are certain sentences that i cannot say without messing up and I can only say it if I read it out loud slowly. How can I fix this?

4. Saliva- When I rap my mouth always get full saliva and I know this so I try to dry my mouth out before my verse but it saliva starts to flow out and I can't swallow if I'm rapping.

5. Phlegm- After rapping, phlegm builds up in my throat and I have to swallow hard.

6. Breathing- I always thought I would have no trouble breathing as I never did when i rapped quietly. But I guess obviously I wouldn't as rapping quietly requires little air as to rapping out loud which requires me to breath every 1 and a half to 2 bars. This messes up my flow sometimes as it doesn't give me enough time to finish my verse before a pause or the hook.

Thanks. I really hope I can become good and start recording! Please help me out.

1. You can try stylizing your voice, however it may not be natural for you. Keep practising with your voice, and slowly you'll begin to master it.

2. Rapping is as much of a skill as writing. Again, practice makes perfect. Keep at it, and it will slowly become easier.

3. I'm going to say again: practice makes perfect. These could be hard to rap however much you practise though, so perhaps don't write as many (although they can make for some really cool raps).

4. I've never had this problem, so I can't really help you here. Just keep drying out your mouth I guess, as aforementioned, or look up some other site about it.

5. Again, I've never had this. Refer to 4.

6. Okay, this really is a master-able technique, although not an easy one. The trick is not to breathe when you really, really need to, but to breathe whenever you physically can. Before a verse, take a big, deep breath, and, in any breaks whatsoever, just take a quick breath. Even between bars/lines, whenever is comfortable for you.

Good luck with your rapping.

1. Your voice probably isn't used to this style of speaking it'll get better as you practice do some YouTube singing exercises (I know singing? Rapping? But it does help) there is always auto tune as well (although I do not recomend it because it makes you seem fake)
2. Again ur not used to speaking so fast start out as if you were regularly talking and enunciate the words slowly start getting faster and faster until you feel comfortable
3.again enunciate the words over exagerate the syllables and then slowly start getting faster
4. You sometimes need to bulid your raps around this give urself breaks in the rap to dry it out however making your mouth dry is not the answer saliva builds to make it mouth wet so drink plenty of water before hand so ur mouth won't need to build that saliva
5. I have never been faced with this problem but do not swallow it because it will only come back again cough it up and spit it out (you may just be sick)
6.practice, practice speaking without needing to breath and it will help you again sometes you need to purposly give yourself a break in the verse to breath just keep practicing ur own ways of solving these problems and you'll be good
