After a weekends worth of voting and hundreds (well, hundred anyway) voices heard from; the final result of our naming contest for the NextAutos long term Volkswagen Jetta TDI is in. The rather logical sobriquet of TeDI was the option that most of you went in for. A job well done.
NextAutos reader Jughead was the first responder to our original post to pick the TeDI name in spirit, but with the slightly modified spelling, “Teddi.” Meanwhile Daveo was the first to suggest the name as it actually appeared on our voting booth. Thank god we’ve got plenty of Winding Road branded goodness for the both of our winners, or we might have a real riot on our hands (winners should contact us here).
