what does this part of the Nicene creed mean:

who proceeds from the father and the son

and also what can i draw to maybe symbolize this?

Who = the trinity
Proceeds = an amount received
from the father ands son = from them at the same time, singularly, in unity

Good luck. The creed has always been a mass of confusing words that everyone understands but does not, and they consider that a good thing. Like God wants confusion??

He who proceeds is the Holy Spirit. One of the Three. He proceeds from the Father and the Son, but the Holy Spirit is a spiritual force rather than likened to God the Man: in Jesus; or God the Father, who created man in His image.

The Holy Spirit is typically depicted as a dove: the bird of peace.

Here's some images that might inspire you.
