I used to smoke half a pack a day and I wanted to quit, so I'm currently trying out nicotine gums (Nicorette 2mg). I chew one whenever I feel the need to smoke, and it helps a little, but I still crave the ritual around smoking, e.g. pulling out a cig, lighting up, ashing and, of course, inhaling and exhaling the smoke. Should I move to an e-cig?
Edit: I've read Easy Way and it has zero effect on me because I ENJOY the act of relieving pain. I KNOW that smoking only relieves the stress it causes but I DON'T CARE I still enjoy it that's why the book has zero effect on ,e
