its hard but ok during the day. But ever since then I always wake up at 1-2 or 3 a.m. in the mid of the nite to grab a bite. I do feel hungry at that time but not tired nor famished. whats wrong??? isnt a diet supposed to run ur glycogen out while u sleep to lose weight. pls help wat shud i do? :-( not losing any weight, not even a kilo.
