Nintendo 3ds vs netbook?

I want one of these for my bday but I'm not sure which one I want the 3ds because of pokemon and mario and others but I want a netbook because of social activity and I'm a teenager so which should I choose I'm turning 15 if that helps and what is a good cheap netbook and what should I buy along with the 3ds

if your getting the 3ds then you should get the bundle which has two choices. 1 is a red 3ds with mario land 3d. the 2nd is a black ds with the legend of zelda ocarina of time. its 199.99 for the bundle.
