Nintendo DS error code 52700?

For some reason I can't connect to WiFi in order to download the Liberty Pass on Pokemon Black or White. I just keep getting "error code 52700", but it can't be my wi-fi settings because all my 4th gen Pokemon games can connect to the GTS and trade, etc. just fine, it only happens with Black/White. Help much appreciated!!
