hi ,
could some one please tell me whats wrong with my van and how to fix it .

When the engine is off it will go in and out of gear with my foot on and off the clutch ,
When the engine is running it wont go into any gear with my foot on and off the clutch ,
if i start it in gear it jumps forward but wont start , like it would if i didnt have my foot on the clutch
