No Ethernet Drivers.No internet Connection and No Driver disc. Help!?

I don't have drivers set up for my ethernet card. I dont have the disc and I dont have internet connection to DL it . What can I do ?
My computer was refomatted and I got a new modem and router so I am trying to connect to the internet and its not happening.

Take a flash drive and download the drivers at the computer you are at right now. But the downloaded file on the flash drive. Take it home!
