No internet browser on PC, how can I dowload one?

My mother decided she didnt want to use Google Chrome anymore...so she deleted it. So now she has no way of accessing the internet on her computer. Is there any way she can use that computer to find something that would briefly let her on to redownload Google?
 
Download firefox or another browser onto another pc that has a browser, put the file you download onto a pen drive and then install on the pc with no browser.
 
system restore if she just deleted it. You should be able to find Internet Explorer somehow. Download firefox. Use another computer to download an installation set up put it on a flash drive or any other memory card that your computer accepts and put it on the other computer
 
If you are running a windows OS, Internet Explorer is an integral part of this system. Use it to go online and download whatever alternative browser you wish to use. If you are using any other OS, and have no access to I.E. then you are going to have to find a browser on disk to install.
