nokia 5200 problem updating music library...please help?

i have problem on my nokia 5200 lately...i cant use music player because when i enter it keeps updating the music library....when its done updating,it says `starting music player` but it does not start but going back to updating....its keep updating updating updating updating but never start the music player... i have tried restoring factory settings but it still same,nothing change... i hope someone understands my problem,please help...
