Nokia 5300 Problem with Menu?

I was on the phone and had another call.. When I tried to click over my phone froze.. So when I turned it back on I had things in my menu missing..

All I have is


Music
Log
T-zones
Messaging
Fun & Apps
Phonebook
And Settings

I'm missing two.. How do I get them back.. And if you don't know and have a stupid answer... Don't bother answering..
