NOKIA 5530 SO MUCH PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

so i have a nokia 5530 phone and it works well until one time it turned off because the battery is empty. so i charged it but when i tried to turn it on again it vibrates only but did not turn on. i tried charging it for few hours but still it won't open. i tried changing the batteries but stil it just vibrates but did not open. i tried removing memory card and sim card, putting it back but still nothing happens, it just vibrates. WHAT SHOULD I DO?! ANYONE WHO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM?
 
connect your phone to a computer through a suitable cable.then reinstall the phone software.If you can't do this yourself,go to Nokia care centre or a good technician
 
Maybe the battery is dead. Just put another battery and check it again. Or maybe you have to flash the phone.
