Nokia 6120 turns off in itself and turns on again.?

my phone nokia 6120c automatically selects the switch off menu and selects switch off and the phone turns off and again turns on automatically for a few times until it keeps on for a while, then again it repeats. I cant manually switch on or switch off the phone i have updated my software and had tried reset using *7370# but still the problem continues. Pls help thanks
 
I have a pantech Impact and that happens to me sometimes, it might mean you have to charge the phone, or it might be the battery..hope I helped.
