Nokia 6300 and playing mp4 files?

I have a nokia 6300 phone and i have just updated its firmware to v 07.21 and i have some mp4 files that were bluetoothed to me from a gig i recently attended and i still cant play these files can anyone advise how i can play these files on this phone please id be very grateful.
