Nokia 6300 restriction code?

I have a nokia 6300 and it is unlocked to all sims.
I was using my 3 sim card when i recently took the phone out of my pocket and it was asking me for a restriction code.
I tried '12345' because thats what i have found to be a unlocking code for nokia's on the internet.

Any help much apprechiated

i also tried another sim card which was orange and the phone worked fine. could it be to do with the network i am on?
