Nokia 6630 insert SIM card error?

I was shocked when I got up this morning my Nokia 6630 says offline mode and insert SIM card. I tried putting the SIM to other phones and it still the same. I was just using my SIM last night. I know that maybe the SIM is the problem. but I do not know what to do. I have very important numbers on that SIM and I didn't want to buy another. Help!

I see that ur sim has a problem, try to go to ur service provider and as if they can recover ur numbers from ur messed sim and do a sim-swap. Hence u have a working sim and ur numbers. I suggest that when u fix it,whatever the means, u shud start copying ur contacts to the phone as well and synchronise it with ur pc to avoid lossing ur important numbers..
