Nokia e51 alarm problem?

My alarm clock is silent and when i try to browse tones it just keeps saying "opening". what do i do?

Try restarting your phone, and try again. If not, turn off your phone, take out the battery, press the power button for 30 sec to 1 min, then put the battery back and start the phone.
