I bought this phone over a week ago and it was working fine, but I tried charging it last night but didn't notice it didn't charge at all so my battery went today and when i got home i went to charge it but nothing is happening. I've taken the sim and battery out multiple times but still nothing and it wont turn on either. Any ideas what's wrong with the phone? It shouldn't be not working as it is a new phone.
