Nokia E66 - Packet Data Connection not available?

So, I recently got this Nokia E66 second hand off my step mum, who was on an Optus plan before her plan ran out and she got her phone unlocked and gave it to me. I used a Testra sim in it, and I'm not sure whether this would have anything to do with the internet connection. e.g I go into web, and it says connecting to Optus Zoo then saying Packet Data: Packet data connection not available.
I just want to go on 0.facebook.com, which as most people know can only be accessed by Telstra customers.. Is "Packet Data" a usual problem with Nokia phones? How would it be possible to use the internet?
Help would be muchly appreciated.

call telstra and get them to send u internet configuration settings. The problem most likely is that the old optus settings are in the phone. That packet data msg also appears if u dont have internet activated with a data plan. Either way, telstra customer service will help u, u can call them 24/7.
