Ok so last year I lost my phone and then got a new one sent by my insurance company (some SBE Ltd) but it was apparently water damaged and didn't work properly. so then we sent it again and again (all three insurance quotes were £75 by then) but they didn't repair it
so we left the phone from October until today when it was sent back... but the problem is that it now I have a urge to go and get something done about it and I was wondering as insurance and warranty don't cover this kind of issue is there any website that specialises in Nokia repairs ( in the UK)
i will now go on to state the problems:
1 when i insert a sim card into it it will say 'sim card invalid'
2 some buttons don't work so I cannot even unlock it
3 it powers off when used after 10 minutes and after a few hours when in standby ( cooling issue?)
4 when it was sent back from the insurance company the phone was badly assembled and some parts were bent out of shape like the case
any help will be greatly appreciated... also I still have insurance until somewhere August, but that will only be the last thing I do as I have wasted £75 on it already
