Nokia E72 - please bluetooth help!HELP!!!?

My friend was sending me a song and i pressed no and then this message came up and said do you want to block bluetooths from this person in the future and by accident isaid yes. Now whenever i try and send something , it says bluetooth failed .please retry.

i have checked the settings and i dont know how to unblock the device? can anyone help me ?
 
in ur bluetooth settings u will see a list of blocked devices, move the menu side to side til u find it. Then u should find the option to unblock the device.
