please help me how to set them straight.

You have to master reset your mobiles..This reset process can be done by codes.I found a free master reset code for both Nokia mobiles at Ihav.net .
Through this you can reset your mobile easily..

If you have forgotten your Security code for your Nokia 3230 and 1100 you can try default codes like 12345 or 0000 or 01234...If it doesn't work you can get reset codes for free from Unlock-Free.com where you need to mention your IMEI number....
