nokia N95 phone not sendin messsages abroad?

my nokia N95 phone is refusin to send sms's abroad, its on the 02 network, wat do i do,
am in the uk, i want to send messages to sweden, am not roamin the fone in another country

put the correct country code in first

example 07897 112 124 becomes 447897 112 124 for united kingdom
