Nokia PC Suite cannot connect to internet?

Anyone please help me. I have installed nokia pc suite on my laptop and it seems to work fine. i can install programs and transfer files to my phones. However, everytime i click connect to the internet and check my operator and the detected modem , it prompts Disconnected.
Anyway, I tried to use Nokia N95, 62301 and 5310 express phones. i tried also both USB and Blutooth connections.

your network provider is probably blocking the connection. most networks require you to buy an add-on before you can use the phone as a modem.
