Nokia Symbian belle installation Problems?

okay so here's my problem: whenever i try to install an app, i click the "next" and "continue" but when it goes to "installing..." it go like 75% through and then stops, then the "preparing installation" panel goes on for like 30 sec and it says installation failed, it does that with almost all the apps i try to install,
what is the problem... PLEASE HELP :/
 
Which phone model are you using ?
If your are using 808, 701, 700 or 603
then simply hardreset your device by dialing *#7370# and also make sure u r having proper backup of everything except the data on memory card...
If you are using any other belle device the reinstall the firmware via Nokia suite..
