Can anyone 'see' this does not mean assassination of President Bush, as per programme on Discovery Channel. What are your thoughts?
"The successor will avenge his brother-in-law
To occupy the realm under the shadow of vengeance
Obstacles slain his blood for the death blame
For a long time will Brittany hold with France".
 
How could anyone imagine this has anything to do with the assassination of George W Bush?

It is clearly talking about the period in French history when Brittany was annexed to France, which to Nostradamus would have been the past.

This, as most of Nostradamus' utter nonsense, is an insert-name-here vague reference to a time when a ruling family will turn on itself to get power.

That is hardly a prediction.
