The company I work for is getting to the point where it sometimes is unable to meet payroll, so I have to wait several days to get paid. It's unfair to ask us to go to work when we might not get paid, but I need the job. What should I do? There may soon come a time when they can't pay at all, so would I file a claim for unemployment benefits? And when? Please advise.
