I am not very familiar with the IPOD or anything dealing with IPOD/MP3 players. But i know a few people that have the IPOD Nano and they love it. I was interested in getting one to downlaod all of my music to but i have no idea how they work. Does the IPOD have to be connected to the internet to ITUNES to download songs or can you search and download straight from you ipod? Also, My friend told me there is a devince to put in your car so that you can play your music in your vehicle? what is this called? Thanks for the help for the technically challenged LOLOLOL

You have to have iTunes installed on your Windows or Mac based computer. You can download music off there. Also, not with the iPod Nano, but with the iPod Touch you can download music straight from the device through WiFi using the 'iTunes Music Store' which will be preloaded on the device. And yes, you can hook your iPod up to your car, using an iPod Car Adaptor, but only if your car has bluetooth connectivity for music players of it may also have a cassette player. With the last, you put the cassette into the player and there will be a wire coming out of one side of the cassette and you put the other end of the wire, a 3.5mm jack plug into the headphone socket in the iPod.
