not gaining muscle because of bad nutrition?

to gain muscle. u need a 2 to 3 hour(ly) constant suplly of protein 5 to 6 times a day for the amino acids to rebuild your muscles. THIS IS IMPORTANT. aviod food with artificial flavors because those are very sugary substances. so a protein bar for example is bad for u because it has artificial flavoring. im sure u dont ever see body builders eat them. its ok once in a while since it has almost everything u need but not all the time. avoid it. eat the stuff that grows outta the ground. and dont listen to people who tell u to eat 5000 calories a day, idk how anyone is that unintelligent and would give that kind of advice lol. why do u think people are over weight from eating.. CALORIES, it all depends on your height and weight, look for a calorie chart. u need roughly 260 to 350 calories every 2 3 hours. u dont need the 260, im estimating this roughly like i said. but dont over eat that 350 limit those every few hours. for protein, roughly between 20 to 35 grams when your reading a nutrition label. make sure 15 percent of the calories are from fat or less. no more! thats for each meal every few hours. and if you dont have time to eat. i know every dosnt. theres ways around it. bring food or pack lunches yada yada. i myself eat tuna every 2 to 3 hours when im to busy. its a fast quick ez meal with everything i need. heres a tip to, meat is actually not a requirement to gain muscle. protein is. of course u can eat meat though(its just an option theres body builders that are just straight up vegatareins) and dont listen to people who say your body cant tell the difference between protein in milk or meat and that meat is better. protein works the same way in anything you eat. just dont buy the wrong food, example these hot dogs have 20 grams of protein but also lots and lots of fat. obviously dont get that. k goood luck people
