hi, im 13 and a citizen of Scotland, in the UK. i have a crippling fear of flying,but have just been offered the trip of a lifetime. unfortunately i dont beleive i could go because i am so scared of flying i have worked myself into a frenzy. i literallly tremble with fear every time someone mentions takeoff. i cant go, not like this. I Was wondering if anyone knows of any legal drugs a 13 year old could take, or prescriptions from a GP, that would make me able to go on a plane. or any therapists that could help in glasgow or Edinburgh.
